Due to the custom hand-crafted nature and hygiene considerations of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection or change of mind. 

We highly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fangh009@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence. We will gladly review it and send a replacement for qualified cases.
